Prashant Singhania, a distinguished former Civil Servant (IAS & Allied), stands out for his pioneering initiatives in 'Monetization of inefficiencies' and 'Revenue approach' in the realm of Governance. As an IRTS officer, he launched 'Operational Excellence' within the Indian Railways, the nation's largest employer. In addition to his role in public service, he holds credentials as a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Cost & Management Accountancy ranker, and an ex-Investment Banker, bringing a unique blend of expertise to his career.
Noteworthy for his significant contributions as a Civil Servant, Prashant played a pivotal role in boosting revenue by incorporating 'Revenue assessment' in strategic decision making. Heading the Commercial Refunds department, he devised efficient systems for the swift resolution of cases, achieving a record-highest all India disposal rate. His implementation of Total Quality Management in his domain of government operations showcased exceptional outcomes, with a blueprint projecting a minimum annual revenue potential of 12,000 crores, earning recognition as a top-tier development case study.
Prashant's proficiency in innovative monitoring systems, bureaucratic streamlining, catalyzing Government's priority call for ease of doing business, quest for excellence and his financial background's exposure to Taxation and Litigation, led to the transformation - Vatgach. This platform brings together like-minded professionals, mentors and leaders to facilitate seamless service delivery in both government and finance domains. Beyond his professional achievements, Prashant's passion for fine arts has earned him prestigious awards, including the Outstanding Young Person of Calcutta Award. Ajeet Saxena is an accomplished former Civil Servant (IRTS), having served in the rank of Secretary to the Government of India. A civil engineering graduate from IIT- Roorkee and an MBA, he founded the capsule on ‘The Corporate Spiritual Responsibility’ – The CSpR.
He was instrumental in heralding much needed reforms in Indian Railways, the largest employer of the country. He started the first ever railway helpline in the country. He also served as deputy collector, Karaikal, in the Union territory of Pondicherry. He retired as the Principal Chief Commercial Manager of Southern Railway.
As an administrator he has been part of many organizational transformations. He advocated the concept of ‘Conscious Corporates’, ‘Enlightened Enterprises’, ‘Boardroom Consciousness’.
Inspired by his zeal and commitment and long term utility of the concept in upgrading the current world view from a ‘Material world view’ to an ‘Enlightened World view’, the S-VYASA University of Bangalore established the first ever Centre for Corporate Spiritual Responsibility (CCSpR), as part of their department of Management education. The CCSpR was inaugurated in Bangalore on 12th January 2014 in the presence of Spiritual luminaries from across the world and representatives of the ‘Enlightened Enterprises’. A number of ‘Conscious Corporates’ have come forward to start Pilot projects to implement this novel concept of this holistic philosophy of Management - linking and fine tuning Corporate goals to larger goals of humanity. Another such centre has been set up by the Indus Business Academy, Bangalore in October 2019.

Adhir Sharma (former IPS officer), is one of the most decorated former Chiefs of the Indian Police Service having one of the most varied experiences, spanning over 35 years, both across geography as well as functional fields. He holds a Masters in Public Administration from the Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi, and a PG specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi.
His journey is marked by exemplary leadership roles and accomplishments. Notably, he has served in the Rank of Director General and Inspector General of Police in West Bengal and Calcutta, demonstrating his strategic vision and effective administrative prowess. He worked on the strength of the IPS cadre of the State of West Bengal. His international exposure includes serving as the Provincial Commander of the UN Police in a United Nations Mission, reflecting his commitment to global peacekeeping.
His extensive experience is serving the different Law Enforcement Agencies, spans diverse fields, ranging from Economic Offences and Cybersecurity to Metropolitan Policing in Calcutta Police and commanding Border Guarding Force Battalion in Ladakh along the LAC with Tibet. His contributions extend to serving as IG of Enforcement Branch and CID of West Bengal, where he led numerous Special Task Forces, collaborating seamlessly with counterparts from agencies like CBI and EOW.
In addition to his operational roles from City, State, National and International level, he has made significant contributions to the Administration and Telecommunications branch of the State Police. His leadership extended to heading the State Prisons and Correctional Services, showcasing his versatility in managing various facets of law enforcement and Human Rights.
Recognized for his unwavering dedication, he has been honored with prestigious awards. The UN Peace Medal in 1994 attests to his commitment to international peacekeeping, while Police Medals for Meritorious Service in 2001 and 2003 for having served in J&K and North-Eastern States, along with the DG, CRPF's Commendation Disc in 2003, underscore his exceptional service and contributions to law enforcement. Adhir Sharma's legacy is one marked by leadership, accomplishments, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of public service.
Sanjay Kumar Sahoo is a former Joint Commissioner of Income Tax, Government of India, with over three decades of experience in direct tax administration, investigation, assessments, compliance frameworks and institutional training.
An Economics postgraduate and an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University, Sanjay joined the Income Tax Department after an initial stint with the Indian Railways. During his distinguished tenure, he gained extensive experience across diverse functions, including corporate assessments, search and seizure assessments, audit, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) administration, investigations and departmental processes.
His career reflects a deep understanding of India's evolving direct tax ecosystem, assessment mechanisms, compliance structures and administrative practices. Beyond his official responsibilities, he has contributed significantly to professional capacity building through his association with the National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT), Regional Campus, Kolkata, where he has delivered lectures on various aspects of Income Tax to officer trainees and continues to contribute as a visiting guest faculty.

Kamal Singh is a former Deputy Director of the Directorate of Enforcement (ED), Government of India, with over 35 years of experience in the enforcement of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and allied economic laws. Following his tenure with the Directorate, he also served as a Consultant, contributing to complex economic and financial regulatory matters.
Over the course of his career, he has handled matters involving foreign exchange violations, money laundering, banking and financial frauds, cross-border transactions and other economic offences. His domain included investigation, case supervision, inter-agency coordination and proceedings before statutory authorities and judicial forums, including matters involving multiple jurisdictions and coordination with national and international agencies.
At Vatgach, he advises corporates, financial institutions, trusts, and Indian as well as overseas clients on FEMA, PMLA and allied economic laws. Drawing upon decades of experience in economic law enforcement, he provides strategic guidance in matters involving investigations, enforcement actions, compliance, litigation support and risk management.

Dibyendu Das is a former Deputy Commissioner, Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC), Government of India, with nearly four decades of experience in indirect taxation, including Customs, Central Excise and the Goods and Services Tax (GST). During his distinguished career, he served in a wide range of executive and administrative roles across diverse functions of indirect tax administration and customs.
His experience spans tax administration, customs enforcement, audit, adjudication, investigations, policy implementation and human resource management, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of India's indirect tax framework. He has worked extensively on matters involving regulatory compliance, revenue administration and dispute resolution, while contributing to the implementation of evolving indirect tax policies.
In recognition of his exemplary public service, integrity and professional excellence, Mr. Das was conferred the President's Award for Distinguished Service in 2021.

Anil Kumar Dubey, a distinguished Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Masters in Law, possesses a comprehensive legal acumen. His proficiency extends beyond traditional company secretarial roles, as he is also a Registered Valuer (SFA) and an Insolvency Professional. With an unwavering focus on excellence, Anil specializes in intricate areas such as company insolvency, securities law, valuation, and NCLT matters.
Beyond his formidable legal credentials, Anil is recognized as an esteemed Corporate Law and Training academician, contributing significantly to the professional development of aspiring legal minds. His expertise in Contract Drafting, certified by Thompson Reuters, adds another layer to his diverse skill set. Anil's mastery in Banking Compliance, accredited by IIBF, and Forensic Audit, endorsed by ICSI, solidify his position as a multifaceted legal professional.
